Coaching With WWS: Experience, Expertise, & Accountability for real change
Are you looking to level up in your life, career, relationships, or wellness? Are you finding it hard to motivate yourself in certain areas or to reach a particular goal? If so, transformational coaching may be a great fit for you!
At Whole Wellness, we approach coaching as a process of collaborative work between two partners; coach & client, which entails formulating concise set of goals and a concrete plan for achievement or specific problem solving, as well as building motivation and drive through concrete, research supported techniques to help you reach success. This service may be performed by a certified life coach or a licensed psychotherapist, and coaching is often rooted in the present and more advice oriented than traditional therapy, often helping you to reach your goals in a shorter period of time. It is important to note that anyone can call themselves a coach without training or credentials, as this is an unregulated term. For this reason, it is imperative that you choose a coach that has accredited credentialing and experience, ideally with multiple certifications that make up a diverse education. At WHOLE, our coaches are chosen scrupulously and are either dually licensed therapists or have an extensive educational background that provides our clients with the highest quality experience possible. Our coaches are Master’s degree level professionals with proven track records of success both professionally outside of the realm of coaching and within their work with clients.
Coaching utilizes the creativity, talent, and knowledge that the client already possesses to enrich the journey to achievement and does not assume pathology or illness. Often, coaching is a good fit for clients that are not experiencing a great deal of mental health symptoms or dysfunction, and are already at a higher functioning base line. Coaching can also be great for clients who have lots of experience in therapy and are looking for something new. Coaching is often a shorter process than traditional therapy, with problems being solved on an as needed basis according to client preference. Coaching works well for individuals and groups, and we do offer corporate coaching for employers.
